One-on-one yoga sessions with Sandra are a valuable and popular choice for individuals for many reasons.  Some have time concerns and others simply want private attention to help quicken their practice.  Individual, one on one sessions can help to establish a home practice and allow time for specific health issues.  With individual attention we can focus on your unique goals to design a program that fits your constitution, health and fitness level.  You will discover what Yoga and Ayurveda can do for you.

Integrative Yoga Therapy is a holistic health system that blends the ancient teachings of yoga with the latest advances in mind-body medicine.  This synthesis of yoga postures, deep breathing, relaxation, meditation, guided imagery and releasing techniques and Yoga Nidra provides a natural antidote to the stress of contemporary living and promotes overall health.  Over a thousand well-designed studies of yoga and meditation have documented a wide range of health benefits including decreases in cholesterol, blood pressure, heart rate, arthritis, insulin requirement, asthma, anxiety, and depression.

Sandra’s training in Integrative Yoga Therapy includes Ayurveda, Yoga’s sister science.  She offers constitutional analysis, pulse diagnosis,  lifestyle management and  diet recommendations.  You will successfully change your lifestyle patterns and improve your health.  Everyone registered in a series of individual sessions is welcome to attend as many of her weekly classes as they would like to at no additional cost.

COST: $75 per hour or $ 180. for 3 one-hour sessions  (if prepaid)
